Hans Jørgen Krogstie
Director Enterprise Performance Management i Telenor Shared Services AS
I have been working in different parts of Telenor since 1990 and joined what is now Telenor Shared Services (TSS) in 2009. Currently, my main responsibilities include managing the delivery of services based on the Hyperion, Archer, Capella (Changepoint) and SynergiLife IT applications.
I have been a TSS board member since 2019, first as deputy employee representative and for the last three years as employee representative. My primary objective with being an employee representative on the board of TSS is to help ensuring that the company is run in a way which duly makes use of the competence and experience in the organization to make TSS a good company both from an employee, customer and owner perspective.

I have worked for Telenor since 2008, and as a Senior Project Manager for Telenor Shared Services (TSS) since 2019.
My motivation for being a board member in TSS is to have influence and insight into TSS strategy from an employee perspective. I was the employee observer in the TSS board in the previous period.
